For anyone truly recuperating from an illness, it is a sin to do to him anything that can bring back his fever. But fraudsters do not care a hoot. This is the case of one that attempted to pull a fast one on Lagos-based media executive, Chief Ajibade Fashina-Thomas, as well as his friends and associates.

Predictably, most of the people on the list are co-veteran journalists. Among such are a former press secretary to the former maximum military leader, Ibrahim Babangida‘s administration, Chief Duro Onabule, and Chief Eddy Aderinokun.
Only about a week ago, the Chairman of Daar Communications, Chief Raymond Dokpesi, had a similar experience.
